Are you an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent ready to take the lead on fast-paced, high-visibility retail and grocery buildouts? We are actively hiring a Project Superintendent to manage ground-up and renovation projects across North Texas with a focus on grocery-anchored and big box retail construction.

About the Role:
Youll serve as the boots on the groundoverseeing field operations from cradle to grave on complex, schedule-sensitive builds. Our clients are national retailers with very specific expectations, and our team is known for delivering on time and on budget without compromising quality or safety.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in commercial grocery store construction and/or big box retail with integrated grocery components.

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in grocery or big box retail construction.

Experience managing field operations, subcontractors, and schedule in active jobsite environments.

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, inspections, and safety compliance.

Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with project managers, clients, vendors, and inspectors.

Ability to travel within the DFW/North Texas market as projects demand.
