Business Development Manager - Drayage Industry Location: Long Beach, CA (On-Site) Pay: $32-$35/hour (Contract-to-Hire) + Bonus Potential Vaco LA is partnering with a top logistics and Drayage company to hire a Business Development Manager . This is a contract-to-hire, on-site role in Long Beach, CA with strong growth potential. Drayage industry experience is an absolute must whether in sales, dispatch, operations, or account management. What You'll Do: Identify and pursue new business in Drayage and intermodal logistics Leverage your industry knowledge and contacts to generate leads Conduct outbound outreach to build a sales pipeline Develop and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with internal teams on pricing and service delivery Manage sales activity using CRM (Salesforce preferred) What We're Looking For: Must have hands-on experience in the Drayage industry Sales or business development experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Motivated, goal-driven, and eager to grow in a sales career Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus) Why Join?
