Preconstruction Manager - Commercial Construction

We're seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead estimating, budgeting, and planning for commercial construction projects. You’ll play a key role in setting the foundation for successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed estimates and budgets

• Review drawings and specs for accuracy and cost-saving opportunities

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

• Create preconstruction schedules and lead presentations

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial preconstruction or estimating

• Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and materials

• Proficient in estimating tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Sage, or similar)

• Strong communication and planning skills
