Senior Mechanical Engineer/Product Owner

We're hiring a Senior Product Owner with a Mechanical Engineering background and 10+ years of experience in complex, production-ready product development. The ideal candidate has designed products for mobile environments (automotive, aerospace, defense) and understands what it takes to build robust, scalable solutions for mass manufacturing. What You'll Bring Deep experience in mechanical or systems engineering, with end-to-end product ownership from concept to scaled production. Exposure to automotive, aerospace, or mobility-focused products where vibration, motion, and ruggedization must be engineered in from day one. A track record of designing for DFA/DFM, working with distributed manufacturing partners, and navigating the handoff from prototyping to large-scale production. Experience with regulated environments (e.g. healthcare, aerospace, defense, or medical devices) and an ability to drive disciplined, requirement-driven development. Strong systems thinking-able to lead cross-functional teams (electrical, software, manufacturing, UX) through the complexity of hardware development. Familiarity with agile product development, program timelines, and milestone accountability. What You'll Do Lead mechanical and systems design efforts across multiple high-impact projects, including healthcare delivery in mobile settings. Work with internal R D and manufacturing teams to ensure design intent is preserved through scale-up. Contribute to core productization strategies across our med-tech portfolio, including FDA-cleared connected devices and new platform concepts. Define and track hardware requirements and program timelines. Help evolve a repeatable process for early-stage product development across the studio.
