Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment including skid steers, scrapers, track loaders, dozers, motor graders, excavators, and compactors. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Follow all safety protocols while operating machinery. Collaborate with team members to complete grading tasks efficiently. Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed. Essential Skills: 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment, especially in earth moving. Proficiency with dozers, excavators, and other machinery. Strong understanding of safety procedures and maintenance practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with a wide range of equipment including skid steers, scrapers, track loaders, motor graders, and compactors. Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills. Experience Level: Intermediate-Expert Level Location: Based in Lincoln, NE.
