Electrician We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team, specializing in new construction multi-family builds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in new multi-family residential buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, blueprints, and local building codes to ensure safe and efficient installations. Responsibilities Perform rough-in electrical work on new residential homes, including all ground-up construction. Read and interpret blueprints to complete rough-in and finish work. Install fixtures, receptacles, and home runs. Conduct tests and inspections of electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot electrical issues in a variety of work areas. Essential Skills Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an electrician, with a focus on new construction and multi-family residential projects. Proficient in reading blueprints and technical diagrams. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Completion of an electrician apprenticeship program preferred. Valid electrician's license and any other required certifications. Experience with high voltage and low voltage systems. Familiarity with various types of electrical materials and tools, including conduits, circuit breakers, and testing devices. The role typically involves working in teams of up to four people with one Crew Leader. Candidates should be prepared for physical tasks, such as lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broomall, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $35.00/hr.
