Senior Project Manager

Title : Senior Project Manager Location: Onsite in Downtown Mobile, AL Duration : Direct-Hire Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 Must-Haves: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering 15+ years of experience in engineering related roles 5+ years of experience at a consulting engineering firm Open to local travel to client sites (no overnight travel) Experience managing commercial contracts Ensure invoices are paid in a timely manner, Project Change Notices are processed, monthly Office Earnings Report (OER) is reviewed in the time allotted, and the project plan in Vision is current. Demonstrated proficiency in complex project management Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments and provide strategic direction on projects Plusses: Experience managing refining projects is highly preferred Active PE license or willingness to obtain Day to Day: Insight Global is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join an Engineering company in Mobile, AL. This role involves efficiently managing refinery projects to minimize costs and accurately estimate professional service hours while achieving project objectives. Project Management expertise at a consulting engineering company is required to be successful in this role. Responsibilities include managing commercial contracts, ensuring timely invoice payments, processing change notices, and maintaining project plans. The project manager will track performance, make key technical and financial decisions, and ensure alignment with client requirements. Leading and coordinating teams, maintaining accurate reporting, and reviewing engineering documents are essential tasks. Building strong client relationships and managing project closeout are also key aspects of the role. This position will be on-site Downtown Mobile.
