In this role, you won't just manage the build you'll shape a culture of accountability, safety, and quality. You'll have a direct impact on the success of high-visibility projects while mentoring teams and creating long-term value through leadership and craftsmanship.

What You'll Be Doing:
Lead onsite safety efforts, conduct weekly safety meetings, and enforce policy compliance.
Manage daily crew operations, ensuring training, productivity, and accountability.
Oversee and adjust project schedules and manpower as needed to meet timelines.
Perform quality control checks and resolve issues proactively.
Coordinate with project managers on scope, materials, and production changes.
Generate and manage punch lists to ensure all work is completed with precision.
Communicate with owners and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
What You'll Need to be Considered:
Be able to do the job as described.
Knowledge of manufacturer specs and technical data sheets for material application.
Experience leading subcontractor meetings and cross-functional crews.
Comfort managing tools, equipment procurement, and jobsite logistics.
