A leading company in the Construction and Facilities Management sector is hiring a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Project Manager in West Midlands. This is your chance to make a real impact by managing a 6-week project in a live commercial environment. The Role As the Project Manager, you'll: Oversee day-to-day management of M&E works across the site(s), ensuring project delivery on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor site progress, quality, H&S compliance, and resolve any issues swiftly. Review and approve method statements, risk assessments, and ensure statutory and internal compliance. Act as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports. You To be successful in the role of Project Manager, you'll bring: Proven experience managing M&E projects in commercial or industrial environments. SMSTS qualified (essential). Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services. Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and interface with client stakeholders. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
