Demolition Laborer

Demolition Laborer Job Summary: We are seeking a hardworking and safety-focused Demolition Laborer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support demolition and clean-up operations at industrial aggregate plants. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in demolition, construction, or similar physically demanding work, and must be able to travel frequently for out-of-state projects. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform manual demolition and clean-up tasks, including debris removal, structure dismantling, and site preparation. Load, sort, and separate scrap materials for recycling or disposal. Assist equipment operators and welders as needed. Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members on work progress and site needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area and participate in jobsite housekeeping. Travel to job sites outside of Texas the majority of the time; overnight stays may be required. Complete daily timecards and digital job documentation accurately and on time. Qualifications and Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of experience in demolition, construction, or other physically demanding labor roles required. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and tolerate dust, debris, noise, and uneven terrain. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reporting locations. Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and extended shifts. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety are required. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check in accordance with applicable state and federal laws. Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform physical labor for extended periods including lifting, bending, standing, and climbing. Must be able to work on ladders, scaffolding, and elevated platforms. Ability to work in confined spaces when required. Must be able to lift and carry heavy materials up to 75 lbs regularly.
