You'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive cost estimates for multi-trade projects ranging from $350K to $5M - with the opportunity to grow into more complex work. ???? What You'll Do: Analyze project drawings, tenders, and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates Collaborate with project managers, safety, and purchasing teams to ensure comprehensive bids Manage updates and scope changes as they arise during the estimating process Evaluate project-specific labor, materials, tools, and equipment Identify cost risks and support continuous improvement through post-bid collaboration Provide clear documentation and justification for all estimates ???? What You Bring: 3-7+ years of experience estimating multi-trade construction projects up to $5M Strong proficiency with AutoCAD , MS Excel , and Accubid (or similar software) Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills A diploma, degree, tradecraft certification, or equivalent hands-on experience Experience in union or multi-trade environments is a strong asset ???? Location & Travel: Based in Evansville, Indiana Local travel required (5-40%) to job sites and client locations ????
