Repetitive Welder

JOB REQUIREMENTS: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Read blueprints and/or workorders to determine product or work instructions specifications. MIGWeld miscellaneous parts per customer specification using weld fixturesComplete proper job set-up, including changing a wire, gas, generalmaintenance, adjust wire feed speed, amperage, and Voltage. Inspect andmeasure completed weldments to ensure conformance to specificationsusing measuring tools. Transfer components, products or assemblies tothe proper storage type as called out in the Work Instructions or JobTraveler. Prepare metal surfaces or workpieces, using hand-operatedequipment such as grinders and drills. Record operational information onspecified Production Reports \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE ANDQUALIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience: High SchoolDiploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of school and/or experience weldingSkills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other drawing aidsAbility to follow all safety protocols and use personal protectiveequipment (PPE) Efficiently manage time to meet production deadlines.Maintain a level of accuracy and quality in all final products.
