Plumbing Foreman Job Description We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Foreman for a project-based role with the potential for permanent employment. The current phase involves underground work, with progression to rough-in and finished phases upon completion. This role requires expertise in commercial and multi-apartment plumbing settings. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of plumbers and helpers through various project phases including underground, rough-in, and finished stages. Install PEX and CPVC piping systems efficiently and accurately. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precision in plumbing installations. Maintain high safety standards and adhere to safety regulations at all times. Work independently and collaboratively with a crew. Possess and utilize personal hand and power tools, along with personal protective equipment (PPE). Essential Skills Extensive experience in commercial and multi-apartment plumbing. Proficiency in underground, rough-in, and finished plumbing phases. Ability to install PEX and CPVC piping systems. Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Demonstrated leadership skills and capability to manage a team. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with cast iron plumbing. Background in new construction and commercial construction projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $30.00/hr.
