HVAC Service Technician Job Description As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing HVAC units. You will perform preventative maintenance on various systems including HVAC refrigeration, chillers, condensers, package units, roof top units, and split systems. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems. Work on refrigeration HVAC systems, including chillers and condensers. Service package units, roof top units, and split systems. Conduct boiler and chiller repairs. Install and fit HVAC systems, piping, and air conditioning units. Read blueprints and perform welding as needed. Handle service calls throughout NYC. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and repair. Proficiency in HVAC system troubleshooting and maintenance. Experience with central plant HVAC systems and boiler repairs. Ability to perform brazing and threading. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 30 certification. SST 10 certification (preferred, not required). Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Why Work Here?
