Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and repair commercial and residential HVAC systems, including (but not limited to) furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, roof top units, split systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for both residential and commercial clients.
* Conduct system performance tests and recommend improvements or upgrades.
* Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
* Complete service reports, update records, and maintain accurate documentation.
* Uniforms and work boots supplied by the company.
* Stocked van to take home (for senior level technicians).
* Work tablet supplied.
* MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Junior Technician - 5 years of experience in service
Senior Technician - 10 - 15 years of experience in service
