What You'll Do: Lead design and production for commercial and institutional projects. Serve as Architect of Record, responsible for code compliance and QA/QC Oversee consultant coordination, permitting, and construction administration Manage and mentor an architectural team of 7 team members Contribute to early project visioning and support design-build integration What You Bring: Licensed Architect with 10+ years of professional experience Deep knowledge of building systems, codes, detailing, and constructability Advanced proficiency in Revit Strong leadership skills and a collaborative, solutions-driven approach Why Ausland?
