We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Structural Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Support structural design projects from concept through to completion.
Projects are often complex, multi-story commercial and medical buildings
Perform structural analysis and ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
Manage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
Contribute to business development and client relationship management.
Demonstrate leadership qualities and strategic vision aligned with the companys growth objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent or working towards license.
Minimum of 4-10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
Proven experience in managing complex projects and teams.
Strong understanding of structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
