What you might do as a Construction Laborer

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization to maintain a safe, efficient workspace
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment around the job site as directed
• Operate hand and power tools for tasks such as cutting, drilling, and fastening materials
• Measure, cut, and prepare construction materials with accuracy for various phases of the project
• Support skilled tradespeople in completing tasks related to new construction, remodeling, or maintenance

What we are looking for:

• Experience on construction sites or a willingness to learn basic construction practices
• Understanding of safety protocols and the ability to follow safety guidelines
• Knowledge of or familiarity with using hand and power tools
• Ability to accurately measure and cut materials as needed
• Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods
