- Proficiency in American Standard national design codes, including AISC, ASCE, and AWS.
- Familiarity with FEA, STAAD, ASME, and Caesar Pipe Stress Analysis is advantageous.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to assume full project responsibility and ensure customer compliance.
- Knowledge of fabrication procedures, welding, ASME, and AWS Codes is a plus.
