Project Superintendent

Were seeking an experienced and driven Project Superintendent to lead on-site operations for multifamily residential construction projects in the Greater Phoenix area. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final turnover.
• Manage subcontractors, safety compliance, scheduling, and site logistics.
• Maintain daily site documentation, enforce safety protocols, and uphold quality standards.
• Champion project quality standards and collaborate with architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Lead coordination meetings and ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Review project plans and documents for constructability and accuracy.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.

• 10+ years as a Superintendent in multifamily construction (garden-style, mid-rise, or high-rise).
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety, and code compliance.
• Proven leadership and field management skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• OSHA 30 certification required. First Aid/CPR a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
