responsibilities:
- Project Leadership & Execution: Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and efficient resource allocation.
- Labor Partner Management: Oversee and track the performance of labor partners and subcontractors, ensuring seamless project execution and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and fostering strong, collaborative relationships. You'll also facilitate smooth handoffs and teamwork with internal solutions management teams.
- Financial & Performance Tracking: Support the financial tracking of projects, analyze performance data, and identify areas for improvement. You'll leverage project management tools to gain insights and optimize outcomes.
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement: Implement quality control measures and actively contribute to identifying and recommending process enhancements to support broader organizational quality initiatives.
qualifications:
- 1-3 years of project management experience in high-volume, multi-unit project environments.
- Proven experience managing labor partners or subcontractors.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills , capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote for tracking, analysis, and communication.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Financial management aptitude and the ability to meet deadlines and hold others accountable.
skills:
- Four-year degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical knowledge of lighting, electrical, and LED systems.
- Experience in lighting project management (industrial, commercial, retail, etc.).
- Background in facilities or retail operations.
