What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the structural design of a variety of building projects
Analyze and design structural systems using software, spreadsheets, and hand calculations
Prepare technical project specifications and ensure designs meet all code requirements
Coordinate across disciplines — architectural, MEP, and more
Document decisions, manage schedules, and track progress against scope and fee
Conduct site visits and assist with construction-phase services
Mentor junior designers and modelers
Support the Project Manager in keeping projects on track and clients satisfied
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural preferred)
Structural Engineering license (or on track)
4+ years of structural engineering experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, and BIM tools
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
