What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead the structural design of a variety of building projects

  • Analyze and design structural systems using software, spreadsheets, and hand calculations

  • Prepare technical project specifications and ensure designs meet all code requirements

  • Coordinate across disciplines — architectural, MEP, and more

  • Document decisions, manage schedules, and track progress against scope and fee

  • Conduct site visits and assist with construction-phase services

  • Mentor junior designers and modelers

  • Support the Project Manager in keeping projects on track and clients satisfied

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s in Structural preferred)

  • Structural Engineering license (or on track)

  • 4+ years of structural engineering experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CAD, and BIM tools

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
