Job Summary

The SiteCore Architect role requires a seasoned professional with 8 to 12 years of experience in Sitecore-DAM Psft-Program Management and wmA UI Architecture. The candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on enhancing digital solutions in the Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains. This position does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust digital solutions using Sitecore-DAM to enhance content management systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Psft-Program Management methodologies
  • Develop and maintain wmA UI Architecture to improve user interface and experience across platforms
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for effective project execution
  • Optimize system performance and scalability to support growing business needs
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
  • Implement security measures to safeguard digital assets and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to project plans
  • Utilize domain expertise in Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities to tailor solutions that meet specific industry needs
  • Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management
  • Innovate and propose new technologies and methodologies to enhance system capabilities
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met within the stipulated timelines and budget constraints

Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Sitecore-DAM for effective digital asset management
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Psft-Program Management to streamline project workflows
  • Have extensive experience in wmA UI Architecture for superior user interface design
  • Show familiarity with Energy Supply & Trading and Utilities domains to provide industry-specific solutions
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid model
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

Certifications Required

Sitecore Certification PMP Certification UI/UX Design Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
