About the Role
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Landscaping Renovation crew members, crew leaders, and supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscaping projects.

Crew Member Job Duties
- Perform physical labor such as digging, planting (shrubs, trees, flowers), and moving materials
- Spread granite and rocks
- Conduct site clean-up and debris removal
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)

Crew Leader/Supervisor Job Duties
- Oversee daily field operations and crew supervision
- Lead and develop crew members
- Manage project execution from start to finish
- Maintain Encore's quality standards on all projects
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project delivery
- Ensure safe working conditions at all job sites

What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in landscaping or landscaping construction (1+ years preferred)
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and basic landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team player with strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
- Experience with 2 cycle equipment, such as backup blower, line trimmer, backpack blower would be a plus
- Experience cleaning up areas with weed wackers and edge trimmers, and experience with bobcat, trencher, and riding mower would also be a plus

Physical Requirements
This role involves physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, working in various positions (standing, kneeling, climbing), and operating equipment. You should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions.
