This role is critical to our success in bidding, budgeting, and acquiring high-value commercial tenant improvement projects across multiple regions.

Our ideal candidate understands that in commercial construction, especially tenant improvements, pricing is not one-size-fits-all.
Your ability to interpret client motivations, project locations, subcontractor relationships, and long-term goals will be just as important as your estimating software skills.
Accurately estimate multiple tenant improvement (TI) projects concurrently
Analyze project documents and perform quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam
Develop bids based on scope, material costs, subcontractor quotes, and internal team capacity
Maintain and nurture relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Coordinate with the CEO, Project Managers, and Superintendents to align on scope and project strategy
Understand when to price aggressively for long-term opportunity vs. protect margin
Utilize software platforms including Procore, Bluebeam, HubSpot, and ConstructConnect for bid management and document control
Support document organization, bid tracking, proposal development, and timelines
Communicate clearly and persuasively with both internal stakeholders and client-side personnel
Track awarded vs. lost bids and continuously refine estimating accuracy
Ensure bids align with company vision, project goals, and brand standards
Sign and comply with company NDA and Non-Compete agreements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience estimating commercial construction projects, preferably tenant improvements
Demonstrated history of bidding and winning projects that were successfully completed
Must be fluent in reading plans, specs, and client RFPs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication-charismatic, professional, and client-friendly
Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced bid deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in: Procore, Bluebeam, HubSpot, ConstructConnect
Highly driven, team-oriented, and resilient

At least 3 bid samples for successfully awarded and completed TI projects
