About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of a multi-family apartment complex in Tucson, AZ. While experience is preferred, **training can be provided** for the right candidate with strong leadership potential and interest in construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of the multi-family apartment project, including site development, construction, and closeout.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and local officials to ensure all permits and regulations are met.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and subcontractor performance.
Facilitate weekly project meetings and maintain progress reports.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building standards.

Qualifications:

* Background in construction or project management is a plus
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Familiarity with Tucson construction permitting and codes (preferred but not required)
* Willingness to learn and grow within a professional development team
* Proficiency with project management tools or willingness to be trained
* Proficient in both English & Spanish (preferred)
