Trade Foreman

A well-known commercial construction company is seeking a Trade Foreman in El Paso, Texas. The Trade Foreman will be responsible for working on the main job, not self-perform.

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee a crew of trade workers (carpenters and Mechanics) from60-80 people on a commercial project.
• Operate heavy equipment (Skid Steer, Boom Lift, Skytrak, etc.)
• Communicating to power crane operators.
• Assign daily tasks to ensure work is complete per schedule.
• Solve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the crew.
• Enforce company and Osha safety regulations.
• Optimize labor and material usage to minimize waste.

Requirements:

• Must have 5 plus years as a foreman or supervisory role.
• Must be bilingual.
• Must pass a background and 6 panel drug test.
