- Conceptually develop a high-quality set of construction documents with HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping systems.
- Assist in the disciplines and subdisciplines of Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Medical Gas, and HVAC.
- Support project managers as part of the design process.
- Work with project managers to assign tasks and coordinate resource needs.
- Attend client meetings and design review meetings.
- Develop construction documents and design details.
- Conduct on-site construction administration and site inspection visits to assess the quality of the work.
- Coordinate within a multi-disciplinary project team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and technical education for staff.
- Extensive experience working within a professional services firm.
- 5+ years of HVAC design experience, especially in healthcare, municipal, government, higher education, lab, and other commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree related to design.
- PE or PE eligibility (having an EIT) is a nice-to-have.
- Experience in residential projects is not required.

This is a first-shift position with flexible start and end times between 7-9 AM and 4-6 PM. Employees have the option to work remotely on select days after the first 90 days.
