Equipment Operator / Laborer

We are a growing General Engineering company based in Sonoma County, specializing in Asphalt and Underground Utility work. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality work, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our crew. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the efficiency of the company. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all operations run smoothly and safely.

Duties:
Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols.
Assist in loading and unloading materials as required.
Labor including Asphalt paving, Concrete Flatwork and more.
Follow instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
Hauling Heavy Equipment.

Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards.
Previous experience operating a Skid Steer, Excavator and Dozer.

Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience as a Laborer/Heavy Equipment Operator.
A clean driving record (mandatory).
Three professional references included with resume.
