Carpenter

Lorenz Developments Ltd. is a local General Contractor looking for Carpenters to join our team. We are a dedicated group of skilled individuals who take pride in our work and love to play in the Sea to Sky. We have exciting projects in Pemberton, Whistler and Squamish, everything from new builds, to renovations, restorations and strata maintenance. We are celebrating 20 years in business this year and have never been happier working with our loyal customers.

We are currently looking for experienced carpenters, ticketed or with 5 years onsite experience preferred. The right candidate must have strong interior finishing experience, knowledge of typical building details and code related items.

Requirements:
- Experience in residential construction and/or commercial tenant improvement settings
- Basic hand tools as a necessity, power tools is an asset
- Drivers License
- Knowledge of framing, back framing, envelope and finishing systems an asset
- Assertive and level-headed, an experienced problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Organized with good time management, always follows through
- Invested in continuous improvement and committed to being part of a collaborative, safe work environment
- Maintains great relationships with colleagues and clients

Duties will include:
- Carry out all aspects of the construction process, including but not limited to demolition, structural framing and finishing, drywall
