Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry tasks and be capable of leading projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople. As a Lead Carpenter, you will ensure that all work meets high-quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.

DUTIES:

*Oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
*Perform a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, small drywall repairs, tile laying, small paint jobs, and concrete forming.
*Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively while maintaining safety protocols.
*Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and specifications.
*Collaborate with other trades such as electrical and plumbing to ensure seamless project execution.
*Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
*Must be hands on.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects (5 year min. experience)
*Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
*Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
*Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration on-site.
*Valid driver's license required.
