Painter

We are a small, family-owned painting company that specializes in exterior residential projects and engages in some light commercial work from March to October.

We are looking for a qualified painter with a minimum of three years of experience.

In this position, candidates should be able to collaborate effectively within a team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

We value efficiency and quality in our work and, therefore, seek individuals who pay attention to detail to minimize touchups and avoid paint drips.

The responsibilities include:

- Prep workcaulking, mudding, masking, and ensuring proper cleanup.
- Skilled in brushing and rolling without creating a mess.
- Comfortable working at heights on ladders.

Ideal candidates will be:
- Clean, neat, and efficient,
- Be on time and show respect for each job site.
- Strong communication skills are essential.

Assets, but not necessary:
- Experience with spraying
- Vehicle

Compensation ranges from $24-$32 per hour, to be discussed on-site after evaluating skills.
