Job Description:
We are looking for a Painter/Painters Helper/Sandblaster to assist in finishing fabricated metal components. This role includes preparing surfaces, painting, and sandblasting parts to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Sandblast and prepare metal parts for painting
Apply paint coatings using spray guns and other equipment
Mix and match paint colors as required
Maintain painting and sandblasting equipment
Assist with material handling and shop organization
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace

Qualifications:
Experience in industrial painting or sandblasting (preferred)
Ability to use spray guns and other painting tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Forklift certification required

Probation Period:
This position is subject to a three-month probationary period
