8. Is meticulous and has an eye and willingness for perfection
9. Works well with others and is a good communicator on the job
10. Has great "work ethic"
11. Is "The Solution" instead of the problem
Experience is not necessary, but is considered helpful and an advantage, especially if the experience is in the home remodeling/maintenance painting and/or landscaping fields.
It may sound like we are looking for a very high standard of an individual. WE ARE! But we are all very easy to work with, gentle, kind and highly skilled craftsman, committed to producing great work for our customers. We all work together in a fun, generally easy & mellow environment where the purpose is to serve our customers and get their work completed as they vision. A new person has the potential of disrupting the work environment, so we are looking for someone who is willing to show up with a commitment to adding something to the party versus being a distraction and detracting from the work space.
The individual chosen will be working on multiple job sites assisting or working alongside the different mechanics who work with us. If one's abilities and skill levels are competent enough, you may be given projects on your own to complete also.
