Job Description
We are looking for an experienced playground installer or someone with similar installation experience**
Key competencies include:
- Previous playground installation experience
- Experience operating skid steers and various attachments
- Experience using power tools (impact drivers/drills/saws)
- Ability to follow an instruction manual
Overview
We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks and be comfortable working with a range of materials and tools. The ability to operate a skid steer and various attachments (bucket, forks and auger) would be a huge plus in this position. This role requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality installations that meet our clients' specifications and expectations.
Responsibilities
Assemble and install various commercial playground and recreational equipment products according to specifications at schools, community parks, daycares and other sites around Texas and possibly New Mexico, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
Qualifications
Proven experience in installation work, preferably in playgrounds, construction or home improvement settings.
Construction background and use of hand tools and power tools necessary to complete installations.
Experience with skid steers, mini excavators and telehandlers are a plus.
Willingness to work with others and problem solve as a team.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
A commitment to safety practices on the job site.
Jobs are mostly in Dallas, San Antonio and Houston areas. As we continue to grow, our range will likely expand. Ability to travel is a plus.
