Texas Air Products offers a competitive salary and a pleasant, comfortable work environment. The Project Coordinator is a full-time position. The salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 annually. The primary job function for this position is to provide sales support to our sales representatives and manage projects for our customers. Project Coordinator Responsibilities Review of construction drawings for estimating and takeoffs Supports outside sales and our customers Prepares quotes, submittals and O & M Manuals Assists with project takeoffs and estimating Order management of product to include tracking and delivery Manages warranty issues Maintains an organized electronic project filing system Requirements: Project Coordinator Knowledge and Skills Education preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or Industrial Distribution Education required: Associate Degree in a technical field 3-5 years of related work experience in Commercial Construction Experience with review and understanding of construction drawings Detail-oriented, organized and continually strives for accuracy and quality Self-starter, with the ability to problem solve and follow-through with minimal supervision Flexible, with the ability to work in a position where daily tasks are never the same Multi-tasker that can work with tight deadlines Excellent customer service and communication skills A team player with a positive attitude Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Benefits Medical insurance: Base, Buy-up, or High Deductible plans Dental and Vision insurance Company paid $25,000 Employee Term Life/AD&D coverage Voluntary Life, Long-Term Disability and Short-Term Disability insurance Option to participate in FSA or HSA plans Eligibility to participate in the 401(k) plan Company paid sick and vacation leave and holidays Texas Air Products is an equal opportunity employer.
