About the Role
As a Project Engineer, Controls, you will:

Lead and execute the design, testing, and integration of engine/turbine control systems for marine and land-based applications.
Troubleshoot and optimize control systems for engines, generators, vessels, and switchgear.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including detailed work scopes.
Mentor junior engineers and support field service teams with technical expertise.
Manage projects from initial concept through commissioning, ensuring high-quality execution.
Travel up to 25% for onsite commissioning, troubleshooting, and client support.

What You BringEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of hands-on experience in power generation, marine propulsion, industrial automation, or a related field.
Valid U.S. Driver's License & Passport - ready for domestic and international travel.

Technical Skills
Strong understanding of control systems, automation, and power generation technologies.
Experience with troubleshooting and optimizing control systems for engines, generators, and industrial automation.
Ability to analyze and interpret complex wiring diagrams, control schematics, and system architectures.
Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial communication protocols (preferred but not required).

Other Requirements

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Pay:
$110,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)
