What you will be doing
  1. Meet daily with project crews to review production schedules and confirm all materials, equipment, and resources are available to maintain schedule and budget.
  2. Audit, analyze, and report environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.
  3. Work with the construction team to advise on avoiding and minimizing adverse environmental effects.
  4. Conduct impact assessments to identify, evaluate, and reduce environmental risks and financial costs.
  5. Collect, coordinate, and analyze shop drawings, design specifications, material requirements, and project data to ensure quality and compliance.
  6. Provide technical input for project work plans and schedules, identifying risks that could impact budget or schedule.
  7. Evaluate daily production, schedule, and budget projections to track project performance; document activities using approved methods and technologies.
  8. Manage project costs by accurately inputting quantities and controlling costs with project coding, coordinating with finance teams.
  9. Review and approve daily timecards for all construction crews; collaborate with payroll and supervisors to resolve inquiries.
  10. Review project specifications for quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle; manage certificates, inspections, and documentation.
  11. Coordinate field layouts, utility markings, and permits before work begins, ensuring safety and compliance.
  12. Assist in developing design drawings and provide technical input as needed.
  13. Coordinate subcontractor work methods, schedules, and crews.
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of construction engineering experience.
  • Current CESCL certification or ability to obtain.
  • Ability to support geotechnical monitoring, including on-site readings.
  • Basic knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Effective communication and responsibility-taking abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling and production management preferred.

Salary Range

Min: USD $90,000/year

Max: USD $100,000/year

Vehicle Program

Personal Vehicle Allowance Tier I: $750 USD/month
