We are currently a 4 man shop looking to grow to 8-10. We have reached a point where there is consistently enough work coming in to take on 1-2 journeymen, and 1-2 late 3rd year/4th years.
Our main scope of work is Boise to Parma. Sometimes a job in Mountain home or Payette.
We currently do 80% new residential construction. 20% commercial TI's, service work, etc. This year we are also getting some large contracts to do control wiring at Boise State, West Valley Medical Center, and St. Als, etc. Fair amount of pipe bending experience preferred. Long term looking to do 50% new residential and 50% of the other mentioned items.
