Construction Estimator and Project Buyout Lead

Local General Contractor is looking for a Construction Estimator and Project Buyout Lead to work on residential and commercial projects. Ideal candidate will have either a bachelors degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering, along with at least 5-10 years of on job experience, or an overall equivalent of industry experience. Experience with Procore, Microsoft office suite, and general familiarity with principles of bidding and accounting are required.
