CCS Construction Staffing is currently hiring a Foreman-Level Plumber for a high-level position in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for a proven leader with extensive commercial and industrial plumbing experience who can run a crew independently without supervision. Applicants must be confident, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a crew of plumbers on commercial/industrial sites

• Coordinate daily work schedules and ensure projects stay on track

• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing schematics

• Oversee installation of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment

• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

• Communicate clearly with site supervisors and project managers

Requirements:

• Several years of commercial and industrial plumbing experience

• Proven leadership ability; able to manage crews without supervision

• Must have all tools and PPE required for the job

• Strong blueprint reading and layout skills

• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills

• No training provided - certified and experienced foremen only
