Project Manager

The Project Manager coordinates the communication, logistics and execution for all aspects of projects from inception through punch list resolution. This role collaborates and problem-solves with cross-functional employees to share knowledge and improve outcomes.

Below are the high-level essential functions of this position:

Plan and coordinate project delivery and installation details from labor estimate through punch list resolution and communicate them to all project stakeholders.

Response times and quality of internal and external communications and deliverables must meet or exceed customer expectations.

Track and enter time spent working on projects.

Provide installation drawings and relevant information at time of scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Three years Project Management experience in a similar or related field or five years experience as an Installation Foreman.
