Pipe Fitter Supervisor

The Pipefitter Foreman is responsible for assembling and installing piping systems for both new and existing construction projects. This role also involves overseeing projects and serves as a mentor to apprentices.**Primary Responsibilities and Duties**The Pipefitter Foreman must be proficient in fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping for hydronic systems, including steam, natural gas, chilled/hot water commercial systems, and compressed air systems.**Requirements**- Minimum of eight years of experience- Welding experience is a plus- Experience in new commercial construction- Proficiency in computer, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check- Current driver's license- Knowledge of all phases of building construction, including tasks performed by various trades- Ability to read blueprints and building specifications- Compliance with all safety policies and procedures- Effective communication with co-workers and supervisors to ensure project success**Physical Demands**- Standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout most of the workday- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively- Climbing ladders and working from scaffolding and lifts- Capability to drive long distances (up to 14 hours per day) between job sites- Other manual labor as required**Employee Benefits**Employees are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits program that helps our team members stay healthy and feel secure.
