Welder 2nd Shift Job Description Join our dynamic team where you'll be responsible for welding and blueprint reading. You'll engage with conventional and precision measuring instruments daily and participate in process inspection, certification, and documentation of parts. Additionally, you'll carry out finish grinding applications using manual and power tools. Responsibilities Perform various types of weld preparation. Execute MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel. Conduct weld finishing operations to manufacture products according to customer drawings and specifications. Utilize robotic welding equipment. Engage in process inspection, certification, and documentation of parts. Essential Skills 1+ years of experience in MIG welding (.035 and .045 MIG). Proficiency in using conventional and precision measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with robotic welding. Work Environment You will work with the welding and fabrication team during the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM. The role involves hands-on work with advanced welding technology in a collaborative setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chilton, Wisconsin. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.64 - $25.64/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
