Construction Laborer Job Description Join a trusted excavation team with over 50 years of experience. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in maintaining safe and efficient work sites across residential, commercial, agricultural, and environmental projects. This position is based in Turbotville and offers the chance to be part of a family-owned company known for excellence in excavation services. Responsibilities Assist with ditch cleaning, maintenance, raking, and shoveling to ensure proper site preparation and drainage. Check and clear grates, culverts, and drainage systems to prevent obstructions. Support site operations by loading, unloading, and moving materials. Operate and maintain hand tools and small equipment under supervision. Help with land clearing, grading, and excavation work as needed. Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment. Work efficiently alongside machine operators and experienced tradespeople. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
