We're hiring a dedicated Commercial Painter with 2-3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will be skilled in caulking and prepping surfaces, applying paint with brushes and rollers, and ideally have experience with spray painting. Perform paint spraying using an airless sprayer. Cut-in and roll paint efficiently. Ensure site preparation for painting tasks. Essential Skills Proven experience in commercial painting. Proficiency in paint prep and caulking. Ability to use airless sprayers and spray guns. Experience in rolling and cutting in. Additional Skills & Qualifications Spray experience is a plus. Work Environment Work involves painting commercial and large multiunit complexes with teams of 5-10 painters. Typical hours are from 6AM-2:30PM or 7AM-3:30PM. Painters are required to wear whites and full PPE, including hard hats, high visibility vests, work boots, and safety glasses. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
