Location: Roseville, CA Pay Rate: $28.00-35.00 per hour Responsibilities: Manage internal and external communications to ensure seamless coordination between office and field teams Lead company Health & Safety programs, including onboarding, training documentation, safety meeting coordination, incident reporting, and compliance audits Monitor adherence to OSHA standards, company safety protocols, and site-specific safety plans Ensure compliance with industry regulatory bodies including CSLB, Secretary of State, IRS, DIR, FTB, and others Handle prevailing wage reporting and compliance via California DIR Assist with the development, communication, and enforcement of company, client, and employee policies, especially those related to health, safety, and labor standards Use project management tools like Procore to support document control, reporting, and project tracking Requirements: 4+ years of administrative experience within a construction or trade-related industry, preferably with direct health & safety program oversight Demonstrated experience with safety compliance, documentation, and regulatory reporting (e.g., OSHA, DIR) Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, and Procore Knowledge of California labor laws, licensing requirements, and compliance agencies preferred Experience working with school districts, public contracts, or grant-funded projects is a plus All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
