We are currently seeking skilled and experienced contractors of all trades to join our team and contribute to our success. Job Description: You will be responsible for work orders that contain various maintenance & repair tasks in line with your certification and/or license. Work order services include & are not limited to general handyman work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, carpentry, flooring, cleaning services. To be clear, this is an independent contractor role, offering you complete flexibility in hours & accepting | declining assignments accordingly. You'll play a key role in ensuring properties are habitable and well-maintained with a high level of customer service for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Perform residential property general maintenance & repairs, interior & exterior Conduct basic to intermediate handyman, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, locksmithing, carpentry, flooring and/or cleaning services. Communicate effectively with property owners or managers to understand task requirements Ensure completion of services | work orders with high-quality standards by requested completion date Timely invoicing for your completed services, within 24 hours of completion Maintain company Customer Satisfaction Score of 4 stars or greater, out of 5 stars.
