This is a contractor role, ideal for an experienced professional or small business offering handyman services who is looking for steady work within a well-maintained community. Job Responsibilities: Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner. Troubleshoot basic home and community maintenance issues and provide repair solutions. Maintain common areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety. Handle landscaping tasks, such as mowing, weeding, trimming, and seasonal upkeep. Assist with home setups, minor renovations, and move-in/move-out preparations. Ensure proper maintenance of community signage, fences, and amenities. Identify and report potential safety hazards within the community. Follow all local regulations, community policies, and safety guidelines. Be available for occasional emergency maintenance requests.
