Qualifications and responsibilities for this Purchasing Agent position include: 3-5 years of purchasing experience in residential construction, preferably custom home building. Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in or willingness to learn construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel. Coordinate plan take-offs, request and evaluate subcontractor bids, and award contracts. Maintain relationships with trade partners and support contract negotiation and tracking. Supervise vendor setup, manage invoice processes, and assist with lien releases and project documentation. Support the Construction Managers and field staff with all procurement-related information and coordination. Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
